During the hotter months it is particularly pleasing with the cool afternoon breeze with the added attraction in the evening of the famous Calis beach sunset over the islands and bay of Fethiye.

Seaside 17 is a linked 3 bedroom (all ensuite) townhouse style villa set in a well designed, newly built complex. The garden is nicely landscaped with palm trees, lemon trees and flower beds surrounding the swimming pools and other villas. It offers great views from some of the balconies.

The villa is air conditioned and laid out over 3 floors, has recently undergone complete re-furbishment to provide comfortable & stylish accommodation.

On the ground floor there is a hallway, cloakroom, kitchen, open plan dining/living area with a sliding door leading to the patio area, overlooking the heart of the complex.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven/gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle,toaster, a range of glassware, crockery and cutlery for six guests.

A washing machine can be found in an enclosed cupboard in the hallway. An ironing board, iron and clothes airer are also provided. Also included are two beach towels for every bedroom.

A TV/DVD/Digital box (sat/multi channels), Radio/CD player and games compendium are in the living area for your entertainment.

   

A marble staircase leads to the first floor which consists of two twin-bedded rooms. All the bedrooms have extensive fitted wardrobes, including hospitality trays and dressing gowns. Each room has its own en-suite, one with a shower, the other with a bath and shower attachments. All the bedrooms have ample wardrobe space.

The front bedroom has a balcony with some partial mountain views. The other bedroom overlooks the pool and garden and has a very good seaview. This bedroom has an additional cupboard space for any extra storage such as suitcases and other bulky items.

   

The top floor master suite comprising of a large double bedroom, vanity area, extensive fitted wardrobes and en-suite.  Includes hairdryer, hospitality tray & dressing gowns.  The main balcony overlooking the pool area has a stunning seaview.
